Whoopi Goldberg Attacks Noem on The View Over Book Confession, She Claps Back [Video]

During a recent episode of “The View,” host Whoopi Goldberg lost her temper with South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem over the revelation that she had shot and killed her puppy. The shocking admission was made in Noem’s upcoming book “No Going Back: The Truth on What’s Wrong with Politics and How We Move America Forward.” In the book, Noem also revealed that she had killed a family goat for chasing her children.

Goldberg shouted, “Give it back, bitch! Give it back!” as she expressed her outrage over Noem’s actions. She questioned why the governor would choose to kill her puppy instead of trying to train it and called for her to return the dog. However, Goldberg did acknowledge that Noem had defended herself by stating that her dog had killed her neighbor’s chickens. Co-host Sunny Hostin dismissed Noem’s defense with a simple “Nah.”

Co-host Sara Haines also questioned Noem’s decision to kill her dog, asking, “Which part was the parenting part?” It seemed that both Goldberg and Haines could not comprehend how killing an innocent animal could be considered responsible parenting. Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, who has experience training animals, suggested that Noem’s lack of proper training for the dog may have been to blame for its aggressive behavior. She shared a personal story of a misbehaving dog she once owned and explained that a high-risk pet like Cricket should have been sent to a shelter instead of being killed.

Griffin’s statement was quickly overshadowed by Hostin’s suggestion that Noem may be a sociopath for killing animals. She expressed her disgust and stated that she wanted justice for Cricket. Co-host Ana Navarro even went as far as to rename Noem “Governor Cruella,” comparing her to the infamous dog skin hunter from “The Hundred and One Dalmatians.”

Noem has defended her decision to kill Cricket, citing South Dakota’s law that allows for owners to put down dogs who have attacked and killed livestock. She stated that she takes her responsibilities seriously and has never passed them on to someone else, whether it be in ranching or politics.

However, her defense fell on deaf ears as Griffin pointed out that former President Donald Trump, whom Noem is rumored to be vying for a spot as a vice presidential candidate, would likely find her behavior “bizarre” and unrelatable.

The hosts of “The View” were not only outraged by Noem’s actions but also skeptical of her intentions. They questioned the timing of her book release and whether it was simply a tactic to boost her image and potential political career. Despite Noem’s attempts to justify her actions, it is clear that the hosts of “The View” are firmly against her and her treatment of animals.
