Hold On To Your 2A, Folks- Biden Just Signaled That He’s Coming For Your Guns

Following the horrific shooting in Illinois where a mad man shot into a crowded 4th of July parade, Biden announced he has more plans for the second amendment. Not in so many words, but Biden explained that he has more work to do getting the guns away from Americans.

“Jill and I are shocked by the senseless gun violence that has yet again brought grief to an American community on this Independence Day. As always, we are grateful for the first responders and law enforcement on the scene. I have spoken to Governor Pritzker and Mayor Rotering, and have offered the full support of the Federal government to their communities,” the statement read.

“I also surged Federal law enforcement to assist in the urgent search for the shooter, who remains at large at this time. Members of the community should follow guidance from leadership on the ground, and I will monitor closely as we learn more about those whose lives have been lost and pray for those who are in the hospital with grievous injuries,” the statement continued

Biden closed his statement by tooting his own horn and vowing to continue ‘fighting’ for gun-control, “I recently signed the first major bipartisan gun reform legislation in almost thirty years into law, which includes actions that will save lives. But there is much more work to do, and I’m not going to give up fighting the epidemic of gun violence.”

Hours after a gunman opened fire on a suburban Fourth of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois, killing seven people and wounding two dozen, police detained a man they identified as a person of interest, Robert Crimo III. Crimo, 21, who is known as Bobby, has not been officially charged in the attack.

Investigators say the gunman shot at parade-goers from a rooftop at around 10:15 a.m. as the community celebrated Independence Day. A “high-powered rifle” was recovered at the scene, police said. The suspect was initially described as a young White man with long dark hair.
