Watch: Sanders-AOC Laughable Tour is Sign of Far-Left Death Rattle

The so-called “Fighting Oligarchy” tour featuring Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is less a movement and more a desperate last gasp of a dying ideology. As the Democratic Party fractures between far-left radicals and pragmatic centrists, Sanders and AOC’s roadshow is nothing more than a swan song for socialism in American politics. Their message—filled with tired rhetoric about “oligarchs” and “the working class”—rings hollow when their own party is rejecting their extremism in favor of leaders who actually understand the American people.

AOC’s plea in Arizona—”We need a Democratic Party that fights harder for us. That means each and every one of us choosing and voting for Democrats and elected officials who know how to stand for the working class.”—is laughable when her own allies, like the Democratic Socialists of America, are protesting establishment Democrats like Chuck Schumer for refusing to engage in pointless government shutdowns. Meanwhile, rising stars like Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY), Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), and even former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo are distancing themselves from the socialist fringe, recognizing that America wants competence, not chaos.

The liberal media, of course, continues to prop up Sanders and AOC as the future of the Democratic Party, ignoring the reality that their brand of progressivism has been soundly rejected. While CNN and MSNBC fawn over their rallies, they ignore the silent majority of Democrats who are tired of losing elections because of radical policies like open borders, the Green New Deal, and gender ideology. Even comedian Bill Maher—no conservative—has signaled his exhaustion with the far-left’s theatrics by meeting with President Trump, a clear message that screaming “THIS ISN’T NORMAL!!!” accomplishes nothing.

President Donald Trump, meanwhile, continues to dominate the political landscape precisely because he represents the opposite of what Sanders and AOC preach: strength, prosperity, and common sense. While the left tears itself apart, Trump’s America First agenda resonates with working-class voters who want secure borders, economic growth, and a return to sanity. The contrast couldn’t be clearer—Trump’s policies deliver results, while the socialist left delivers only division and decline.
