Biden has reportedly called Netanyahu an “asshole” a few times because he’s been annoying the president. A reporter asked the White House lady why Biden doesn’t make all his meetings with donors public, like he promised he would.
The White House lady said that some of these meetings are private because sometimes the president needs to talk to people in private to hear their honest thoughts. She also said that the press gets to listen to Biden’s formal speeches at these events, so it’s not like the press is completely left out.
