Tom Homan, Trump’s incoming “border czar,” faces backlash from corporate media and Democrats over mass deportation plan. But Homan remains unfazed, vowing to continue pushing for strong border security.
In a recent interview on Fox News, Homan addressed the threats directed. He revealed that he had been facing death threats for years, and even had a security detail with him during his time as ICE director. However, he expressed a new level of concern after learning that the threats had extended to others.
But Homan, known for his tough stance on immigration, refuses to be intimidated. He stated, “…if you want something, come get some.” He went on to explain that the negative media coverage surrounding Trump and his picks only contributes to the potential for harm, as there are “some nuts out there” who may take advantage of the situation.
Despite the backlash and threats, Homan remains determined to take on the role of “border czar” and fulfill Trump’s promises of securing the border. He stated, “I’m not going to be intimidated by these people. They’re not going to silence me…I’m going to do this job and I’m going to continue talking to the American people about why it needs to be done.”
Homan also addressed the Democratic mayors who have declared their refusal to cooperate with Trump’s deportation plans. He warned them on Fox News to “get the hell out the way” or face legal repercussions. Homan believes that strong borders are a matter of national security and should not be hindered by political agendas.
The liberal media’s continuous attack on Homan and other Trump picks only fuels the political divide and creates a dangerous environment for those in the administration. But Homan is not backing down. He remains resolute in fulfilling his duties and protecting the country.
In a time of political turmoil and threats towards Trump’s administration, Tom Homan stands strong and unafraid. As he prepares to take on his role as “border czar,” he sends a clear message to those opposing him: he will not be silenced.
