According to criminal defense attorney Arthur Aidala, the absence of Trump’s signature on key documents relating to payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels could create doubts in the minds of the jury and pose a significant problem for Bragg’s case.
Despite facing 34 felony counts for allegedly falsifying business documents, CNN and the liberal media seem determined to undermine the severity of these charges. Instead of focusing on the evidence and facts presented, they are already trying to discredit and dismiss the case by highlighting the absence of Trump’s signature. This is yet another example of their biased and unfair reporting towards the former president.
As Aidala rightly points out, the lack of Trump’s signature on important documents raises questions about his involvement in the alleged wrongdoing. It also highlights the credibility issues of Michael Cohen, a key witness for prosecutors who has a history of lying and was sentenced to prison for various charges, including lying to Congress. If Cohen’s credibility is at stake, it undoubtedly impacts the strength of the prosecution’s case against Trump.
Moreover, CNN and other liberal outlets conveniently ignore the fact that Cohen initially claimed responsibility for the payment to Daniels and stated that neither the Trump campaign nor organization had any role in it. It was only when he was facing more charges that he changed his story and accused Trump of directing him to make the payment. This glaring inconsistency further raises doubts and questions about the truthfulness of Cohen’s testimony and his real motives.
Furthermore, the indictment of Trump in 2023 for allegedly mishandling classified documents retained at his residence in Mar-a-Lago is yet another example of the relentless targeting and harassment of the former president by Democrats and the liberal media. The timing of these charges, just months after he left office, is suspicious and reeks of political motivation.
Likewise, the recent indictment over Trump’s supposed attempts to interfere in the 2020 election and alleged involvement in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot is another desperate attempt by Democrats to take down the former president. Despite no evidence of his involvement and numerous investigations that have cleared him of any wrongdoing, the left is determined to vilify and demonize Trump for their own political gain.
CNN’s attempt to brush off the potential impact of the lack of Trump’s signature on key documents highlights their biased and unfair reporting towards the former president. It is clear that they, along with Democrats, are determined to use any means necessary to bring down Trump, even if it means ignoring the facts and evidence in his favor. The American people deserve the truth, not partisan agendas and media manipulation.
