WATCH: Thomas Massie Asks Reporter, “I Heard That You Like Gay Porn”
Rep. Thomas Massie got into a tense exchange with a Fox News Digital reporter on the streets of Washington, D.C., after being asked about fresh allegations tied to his personal life.
The claims came from Cynthia West, a former congressional staffer who once worked for Rep. Victoria Spartz. Fox News previously reported that West alleged Massie boasted to her about having sexual relations with Rep. Lauren Boebert within weeks of his wife’s death. West also claimed Massie offered her $5,000 to drop a wrongful termination lawsuit she was pursuing against Spartz.
Massie denied the accusations when the reporter confronted him. The reporter also asked whether Massie thought West’s timing had anything to do with the primary election. Massie then asked when Fox News became a tabloid, before pulling out his phone and starting to record the interaction.
Then came the moment that turned heads. Massie asked, “So, let me ask you, I heard that you like gay porn,” and followed it with, “Is that true?” The reporter did not answer.

The reporter eventually walked away while Massie kept talking. “Are you a real loser?” he asked. “No, come back, man,” Massie said. “Are you with Fox?” He then added, “Is that a legitimate news organization? Is this what you do for a living?”
Massie was not the only one to react sharply to the allegations. Earlier this month, Boebert was pressed by the same Fox News reporter about the story and snapped back. “F**k you, first of all!” she said. She also said, “If you’re going to bring me into this, like this sexist stuff is out of control!” and, “So, there’s the clickbait you’re looking for.”

The episode added another messy chapter to a story that has already drawn plenty of attention. Massie lost his House seat in the May 19 Republican primary to businessman Ed Gallrein, and the allegations surfaced just a week before that race. For now, the dispute is less about policy and more about a very public spat, a recorded confrontation, and a set of claims that both sides are clearly still fighting over.
